Frolick

This is still a work in progress--needs a lot of fine-tuning. I've been working on it for a long time, though, and I was getting antsy.

He's loony under the full moon, just feeling fabulous and being himself. Those green clouds are highly toxic, so he is probably waiting around for some unfortunate passersby to wander into the vicinity and literally laugh until they die.
